Really enjoyed our experience with Alpha Foundation. The foundation inspector John took his time, explained everything, went above and beyond helping us deal with our mortgage company, called and texted whenever we had a question or gave us an update on our process. The team that came out to do the job was awesome! The Forman Josh was super nice, personable, knowledgeable. Updated us through the process, willing to answer any questions. The team worked quickly, and made no messes. Can hardly tell they were here. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I contacted Alpha Foundations as my house was cracking all around it outside and my foundation was showing. I had some cracks inside my house on the ceilings, floors, and walls as well as the driveway was all broken up and my street was cracking after already being partially repaired by the City. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of my property, told me what was necessary to fix it and explained how they would go about doing so. He also said my back corners to my house had dropped 1.0 & 1.2 inches causing my mattress to my bed to not be level. My scheduled date to come out was February 9th and they were ahead of schedule and called to come out sooner, but I didn't get the message until it was too late. Anyhow, they came out as scheduled on time. Steven, Isaac and David were exceptionally nice and friendly, and polite as was Ashton and explained what they were going to do and answered any additional questions I had. I ended up having to get an additional 6 piers around the front of the house as it had horizonal cracks and Steven wanted to make sure the house was well protected and wouldn't cost me more to fix it down the road. He said with having to get permits again and with the price of materials always going up, it was best I took care of it then to prevent any further damage. They did an excellent job with everything and cleaned up after themselves too. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with all these fine young men and I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone in need of foundation repairs in the future. Thank you, Patty

Once again, Gavin has done an excellent job explaining what work I needed. He returned my calls promptly to answer all of my questions, no matter how small they seemed to me. And once again, he sent a great team to do my job. Jeff and George were the best. They were prompt, courteous and Jeff did a great job on the initial walk- through, explaining the work they would do. I would highly recommend them and Gavin.

The crew (Dale, Tori, Darian and others) could not have been more courteous, professional and informative. Plus, they cleaned up with attention to detail. We first spoke about our needs with Taylor who provided information and clear explanations about how Alph could help insure our crawl space will stay dry and at the proper level of humidity. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, as was the work crew. We are entirely pleased with Alpha.

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job on our lanai. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services.

They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

Pool deck is 30 years old and not even in several places. I found Alpha on a google search, reached out and DJ was out the next day to give an estimate. We accepted and the job was scheduled a few days later. Hunter and George showed up for the job and did above and beyond the scope of the job. They were professional and polite. I really enjoyed asking questions and watching the process. I would highly recommend Alpha and ask specifically for DJ, Hunter and George for your best outcome.

FAQ
It’s best not to delay repairs once the damage is identified. The longer you wait, the more likely it is that the required repairs will become more extensive (and expensive).
Foundation repairs will have some impact on your lawn and landscaping. The extent of the impact depends on the type of damage and the required repairs. In most cases, the impact is minimal and easily repaired.
The majority of foundation repairs require one to three days to complete. Before starting work, our team will tell you how long we estimate the project to take. In most cases, you can stay in your home throughout the duration of the process.
Why Is Foundation Repair Needed?
Your foundation supports everything above it. Ignoring problems won’t make them disappear—in fact, they’ll likely get worse. Here’s why acting fast matters:
1. Preserve Your Home’s Structure
A cracked or sinking foundation can affect your walls, floors, and roof. Early repair ensures your home remains safe and structurally sound.
2. Protect Property Value
Buyers are wary of foundation issues. But when your repair is backed by a long-term, transferable warranty, you gain powerful selling confidence.
3. Avoid Higher Costs Later
Foundation settlement doesn’t fix itself—and the longer you wait, the more complicated and costly repairs can become. Acting now protects your budget.
Tips from Our Foundation Repair Experts
Here are some quick tips from your trusted local foundation experts, collected over our 20-year history of repairing homes in Florida, that can help you protect your foundation:
6 Dos and Don’ts
- Keep an Eye Out For Signs of Damage
Take a stroll around your foundation at least once a year, and look for indications of foundation damage like drywall cracks and bulging bricks. Look for insect trails or evidence pests have been digging near your foundation.
- Keep an Eye on Tree Roots
Not only do tree roots threaten the walls of your home, but they also remove hundreds of gallons of water from the soil, shrinking it and offering less support for your foundation during the hot summer months.
- Be Proactive (and Consistent) with Annual Maintenance
Keep up-to-date with regular maintenance, but also take steps to ensure that the moisture level in the soil around your foundation is consistent. If you do this, the soil won’t shrink and swell so dramatically. Evaluate your landscaping grade and water your grass during the dry season.
- Don’t Just Fill in Foundation Cracks
Patching a foundation crack with cement or epoxy is a temporary solution that won’t prevent future foundation damage. You need more thorough solutions.
- Don’t Always Walk Away From A House With Foundation Damage
We get it: buying a house with foundation damage can be too much of a hassle. But Alpha applies cutting-edge solutions in just a day or two, and foundation repair costs can be reasonably priced than you expect.
- Don’t Blame the Builder
When a homeowner finds a foundation problem, it’s easy to blame the builder. And while homebuilder’s can make mistakes, too, it’s more likely the fault of the soil around your home. Learn about how the soil impacts your foundation, so that you can make informed decisions about repair solutions.
